Parallel Care Solutions provides Therapeutic Residential Care for children and young people from age 8 to 18. You will receive training and ongoing support to introduce you to Therapeutic Practice and then ongoing training and support to develop your practice.

Our shift pattern is based on a two on, four off rota, with, usually, one sleep in on your first night. The rota also includes team meetings and our excellent training and on going skills development. This is to equip you with the skills and knowledge that are important to change the lives of children and young people.
