At Parallel Care Solutions we provide Therapeutic Residential Care for young people aged 8-18. We believe children’s homes should feel exactly that- like home. Our therapeutic approach shapes every aspect of our care, ensuring children feel safe, understood and valued.

We recognise and promote the individual potential of each young person. Care and support plans are individually designed to encourage positive outcomes in education, emotional wellbeing and independence.
Compassion
Our care is delivered with compassion, respect and empathy. As a trauma informed service we seek to understand the impact of past experiences on behavior and emotional wellbeing.
Stability
We provide stable, consistent and safe living environments. Our homes are designed to offer more than just accommodation, they are places of belonging, safety and growth.
We believe that young people can thrive when they experience stable relationships, compassionate care and when they are surrounded by people who believe in their potential.
Safeguarding
At Parallel Care Solutions the safety and wellbeing of young people is our highest priority. We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the young people in our care.
Robust safeguarding policies and procedures are in place across all our homes. Every member of our team receives the appropriate safeguarding training and are supported to recognise, respond to and report concerns promptly and appropriately.
