At Parallel Care Solutions, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people who have experienced trauma, loss, and disrupted relationships. Our homes are safe, stable, and loving; places where children can begin to rebuild trust, form meaningful connections, and flourish.

Our Carers are central to this work. We invest in recruiting, training and supporting our Carers, to give them the best opportunity to flourish within the role.  We recognise that well trained and supported Carers are crucial to the wellbeing and development of the young people in our care. If you’re interested in becoming a Carer with us, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a professional, well-supported team, guided by clear values and reflective practice.

We work closely with local authorities to ensure each placement is the right match for the child and the home. By combining trauma-informed practice with proven therapeutic approaches, including PACE and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), we help children feel seen, accepted and supported in a way that is attuned to their needs.
